How long will delivery take?

Shipping time will vary depending on location (typical transit time is 3-7 business days For International Shipments and 2 to 3 Days for Local Deliveries).Ā 

Used/Non-Current: Do you sell used or non-current outboards?

Yes. We sell Both brand new current model year outboards as well as Used Current Model Year Outboards. On rare occasion we may have a non-current during a model year change, if this was the case, a sale would be clearly posted on our home page.

Warranty Registration Card: What is your Dealer Code/Name?

Your new Tohatsu will include a warranty registration card in the box. This form should be completed and mailed back to the manufacturer. You will need the following information to complete the card: Dealer Name: CWS/Outboardsales Dealer Code: 114TN Note: Pre-delivery inspection forms do NOT need to be completed for outboards below 25hp. Outboards 30hpĀ  and smaller are factory tank tested prior to being crated.Ā  CWS will register the warranty for your outboard for the following manufacturers: Mercury, Suzuki, Honda.

Trade-Ins: Do you accept trade-ins?

No. Sorry, we do not accept trade-ins outside of our own local market. Due to shipping costs, it is nearly impossible to run a successful trade-in operation. Selling your engine outright will generally yield higher returns and there is no wasted shipping cost.

Payment Methods - What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal Credit, Affirm and Paper Check. Receive a 2% discount when you pay with a personal check or bank check (cashier's check). All check types are subject to a clearing period of 5 business days prior to order shipment.

Freight Damage: What Do I do if My Outboard is Damage In Transit?

Freight and shipping damage shall be reported to Global Outboard Motors within three (3) calendar days of receipt of goods. It is the purchaser/customer responsibility to note any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has occurred to the outboard, purchaser shall make note of such before signing for delivery. Customer shall not refuse delivery of the outboard based on damage. In the event of shipping or freight damage, customer shall keep and safeguard all factory packaging, including, but not limited to, all external packaging, all internal styrofoam, bubble wrap, and cardboard supports. In the event a product was damaged during shipment and proper and timely notification was given to Global Outboard Motors, Global Outboard Motors will file a damage claim with the carrier. Damage or loss of goods that are outside the control of Global Outboard Motors is not to be considered basis for waiver of the cancellation and refused shipments provision contained herein.
